Differences between the TMS and TMS Pro versions

The TVIP TMS platform is distributed free of charge and without any legal relationship between TVIP Labs and the customer. Support is provided via the portal https://helpdesk.tvip.tv.

The TVIP TMS Pro platform is distributed on a commercial basis and requires a legal relationship. The commercial version includes turnkey deployment of the platform and all related subsystems on the customer’s equipment. Priority support is provided through the portal https://helpdesk.tvip.tv as well as through operational communication channels.

Note

TVIP TMS Pro requires a valid SSL certificate, the use of self-trusted certificates will lead to the inoperability of TMS Pro functions.

Both platforms use the same version of TMS. It allows to upgrade the standard version to the Pro version without any installation or migration, if required.
