In this case, you can switch the code table. A total of 3 code tables are supported. The first table with code “0” is the same as the regular TVIP remote.

Remote control modification with Bluetooth technology

Some TVIP media players are equipped with a remote control that supports both IR and Bluetooth. Such remotes have the designation BT in the lower right corner of the logo. If there is no Bluetooth connection to the media center, the remote control operates in IR mode.

Detection the status of the remote:

  • When the button is pressed once, the indicator flashes 1 time - the remote control is using Bluetooth connection.

  • When the button is pressed once, the LED flashes several times - the remote control is using IR.

  • The indicator flashes quickly - the remote control is establishing a Bluetooth connection.

The remote control usually establishes a Bluetooth connection to the media player automatically. If you need to manually bind/reconnect the remote control, do the following:

  1. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the media center with a thin object for 10 seconds. The media center enters search mode for a new BT remote.

  2. Press and hold the INFO and EPG buttons on the remote until the indicator light starts flashing.

  3. When the media player finds the remote, it will start flashing quickly for a few seconds. After that, the connection will be established.

Warning

Please note, using the remote with Bluetooth technology is recommended only with media players that support Bluetooth technology. The remote will work with any TVIP media players in IR mode, but button response may be badly and battery life may be reduced.
